Thea Pays d’Oc Pinot Noir 2021

Tasting Notes: Thea Pinot Noir hails from the limestone soils of Southern France, but its concentrations is reminiscent of the great California producers. The wine is made using the Burgundian method in order to carefully preserve the aromas and flavors of the Pinot, while aged 3 months in French oak barrels. The tannins are soft and well-integrated on the palate, and the red-berry flavors blend with touches of tobacco and toasted almond. ​
