THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
All orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers which sell alcoholic beverages. Neither those licensed retailers nor Grape Vibe sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm and represent to us that you are over the legal age required to buy alcoholic beverages and products and YOU ARE PURCHASING SOLELY FOR (i) SELF CONSUMPTION OR (ii) GIFTING TO A PERSON IN THE U.S. WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. YOU ALSO AFFIRM THAT THE STATE IN WHICH YOU ARE ORDERING AND THE STATE TO WHICH YOU ARE ASKING US TO DELIVER PERMIT THE SALE AND DELIVERY.
We will rely upon the foregoing representations, and if we are held liable in the event that your representations are not true, and in such case, you hereby agree to indemnify us and/or reimburse us and the retailer(s) that sold the alcohol products and be responsible for all costs, expenses (including legal fees) and damages we and the retailer(s) suffer or incur.
All orders placed on the https://grapevibe.com/ site are subject to acceptance and shipment by a licensed liquor retail store in our network, and no order is deemed to be accepted by such licensed liquor store until the order is shipped by the retailer. Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the liquor store may refuse to accept or fulfill your order for any reason, including, among others, the occurrence of a technological mistake or “glitch” in the transmission of pricing to the customer over the https://grapevibe.com/ site. Therefore, no contractual or other obligation to sell and ship the bottle(s) ordered via the https://grapevibe.com/ platform attaches or is final or binding on the licensed retailer unless and until a licensed retailer accepts and ships the order to the you (or the intended recipient, even if your credit or debit card is authorized or actually charged at the time of order placement or thereafter; in the event of that situation, the customer’s credit or debit card shall be credited back in full.
By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from the licensed retailer is at least 21 years old. You also agree that you are not permitted to resell alcohol purchased. If you cannot make these affirmations and representations or you do not agree with all of these conditions of use, you are not to use this site.
The sale of these alcoholic beverages will be shown in your bank statement as “BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR”.

Your GrapeVibe Subscription
GrapeVibe offers a wine club services on an automatic or subscription basis, so you can enjoy our great GrapeVibe wines on a continuous basis. By placing a wine club order on the website, or reactivating a wine club subscription, you are enrolling in our automatically renewing wine club for future shipments of wine.
When you sign up for the GrapeVibe wine club, you acknowledge and agree your wine shipments will automatically renew, and unless and until you cancel, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future shipments of wine. You agree such shipments will automatically renew each month unless you change the frequency of your shipments. Each shipment will consist of 6 or 12 bottles of wine unless you change the quantity of your order. If you purchased a subscription with an introductory rate, you authorize us to charge your payment method after your introductory order at the rate then in effect. The rate for future shipments is subject to change at any time for subsequent months. Membership to our wine club is only available to individuals who are 21 years and older, residents of the United States and who have not been suspended or removed by GrapeVibe.
You can make changes to your information or subscription, including cancelation, by emailing us at orders@grapevibe.com. Any modifications to your account must be made at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled shipment date in order to take effect for that period. Modifications made less than 5 days prior to your shipment date will take effect in the next billing period.
By opting in, enrolling, or otherwise agreeing to receive email and text messages from or on behalf of GrapeVibe, you acknowledge and agree you expressly consent to receive automated marketing email, telephone calls, or text messages from GrapeVibe, including text messages made with an auto dialer and auto generated emails. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred. You may opt out of GraepVibe text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number sending the message. You may opt out of GrapeVibe email messages at any time by following the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email.
