Shipping & Delivery
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email yet, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there.
How long will it take to get my first order?
The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days (noting that we do not fulfill orders on bank holidays and weekends).
The time to ship after the fulfillment time is:
● Northeast: 2-4 business days
● Midwest: 3-5 business days
● Southeast: 4-7 business days
● West: 6-9 business days
Where do you ship?
We serve all US States except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah due to legal restrictions.
Where don’t you ship?
We do not serve any non-mainland US territories or international locations at this time. Also, we do not ship to PO boxes due to the signature requirement.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Someone over 21 with a photo id must be present at the time of delivery to sign. If someone over 21 is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.
How much does shipping and delivery cost?
The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $16.50 for 6 and 12 bottles when special offers don’t apply.
Orders and Returns
Can I add or remove a product from my order?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not support order changes or cancellations once the order has been submitted.
What happens if I fail to sign for my delivery?
Please re-enter your order. In the meantime, we will process a refund when the item has been returned to us. The process of returning the item to us can take up to 15 business days, so please be patient.
My product arrived damaged; can I return it?
Unfortunately, alcohol regulations in the US prevent us from accepting returns once your order is delivered. So, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to our team via email at orders@graepvibe.com with a picture of the damage and they will assist in addressing the damaged items.
How old do you have to be to place an order?
You must be 21 years old or older.
Wine Club
Which wines will I get in the Wine Club?
Each month we identify a selection of high value wines that drink well above their price point for our wine club and offer them to you at only $15 per bottle. Some are new and some are your favorites. You can share your tastes in wine and we’ll curate a selection for you or let us surprise you with new favorites each month!
Are you sure that you’ll be able to figure out which wines that I’ll like in the Wine Club?
Of course, as wine lovers, we recognize that every palette is different – so, if you are not satisfied with the selection of the wine you receive, please email us at goodvibes@grapevibe.com so that we can work with you to better accommodate your tastes.
How many bottles of wine do I get in the Wine Club?
You can choose to get either 6 or 12 bottles.
How often do I get wine in the Wine Club?
Each month you will receive a selection in the second or third week of the month.
How long does my membership in the Wine Club last?
As long as you like – keep them coming or cancel at any time.
How much does the Wine Club cost each month?
Our base price for the Wine Club is $90 for 6 bottles and $180 for 12 bottles plus applicable sales tax and shipping. We offer first time order discounts and monthly specials for our ongoing Wine Club fans!

What is a “Hidden Gems”?
“Hidden Gems” are high quality wines that far exceed expectations for the price. They are not widely available because many are new imports, from smaller wineries, or are brands with limited quantities. It’s like finding a bottle of wine that you can only find at your favorite restaurant for the price of a glass or two…
How can I find out about new Hidden Gems?
Register with us at our website or send us a note at goodvibes@grapevibe.com and we’ll make sure that you are alerted when new Hidden Gems are available. Many are limited in quantity, so it’s best to act fast!
