About this wine
Paniza Old Vine Garnacha
This is garnacha from centenarian vines grown at 2,625 feet altitude. It starts off with peppery spice and opens up to tarragon and tobacco notes—then, with each sip, more complexity shines through. There’s rich blackberry and black cherry fruit focused by a linear acid structure. The meaty finish and bold tannins would work well with a juicy pork chop.
