The TAJA vineyard is like a green oasis in the desert of Jumilla. This classic wine is made from a blend of Monastrell and Grenache. This fresh bright wine is velvety smooth with complex and deep flavors of plum and licorice. A perfect pairing with grilled meats, BBQ or burgers. Jumilla is regarded by Robert Parker “as one of the most important wine-making revelations of the last twenty-five years.”
