Le Petit Cochonnet Blanc
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with grey lights in color. On the nose it exhibits freshness and aromatic persistence. On the palate there are notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and mango. Food Pairings: Pair this French white with pork chops, braised ribs, or barbecued meats.
Winemaking: After the harvest the grapes are destemmed and directly pressed to keep freshness. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to keep delicate fruit notes. Aged in concrete vats before bottling.
