About this wine
Le Contesse Prosecco
Critic tasting note: "Sparkling wine, with a very pale colour, very youthful, almost transparent with a quite intense mousse, with young bubbles. Pure nose, youthful, with almost grapey aroma, fresh pear, apple, some herbal notes. Quite dry palate, close to dry, there’s a slight hint of residual sugar but it gives a dry impression still, with balanced acidity - a well-kept acidity - with youthful green fruit, more like apple, pear, some notes of citrus. Creamy mousse, well integrated. Pleasurable and generous, in a clean fresh style with a moderately long finish."
